Labrador Intertidal @ 0.3m

This morning woke up at 5:30am to gear up for today's intertidal trip with Marcus, Shuying and Alex at Labrador, Singapore last natural rocky beach on the mainland. Though we reach later than expected, the shore was still very alive and we marvelled at God's creation throughout. It was a great trip and I'm looking forward for the next one in October.

Early "birds" like us catches the "worms"

"Sea-veggie"? Algae I suppose

This thing looks like dead flower but shrivels and disappear upon contact

Purple sponge

Part of a hard coral

This slimy looking mud is alive!

Dead calcium carbonate skeletons of corals

Confused..are they sea anemones or comb jellies family type?

3 in one... spot them!

It's dead, too bad

Is this dead too.. you decide

See spider? or "Sea-spider"

Barnacles

Mudskipper cutey

Aerial view from top

Can you afford to lose our last rocky shore?

(All photos taken by myself using my hp camera..haha)
